Our coffee is 100% grown in Cambodia by farmers in the two north-eastern regions, Mondulkiri and Rattanakiri. The best fields from the best farmers get selected and are roasted and packed in Phnom Penh.
We have two main kinds of coffee – the espresso based coffees (lattes, flat whites, americanos and so on) are 100% arabica coffee based, whereas the Khmer style coffee is cold brewed with 100% robusta blend. The Khmer coffee is usually served with condensed milk, the espresso based uses fresh milk – but we can change that if you prefer.
Mornings are usually handled by Pisey, afternoons and evenings by Lai, and at any time, Virac may be around as well.
